The Quiet Man Whiskeys

Founded by Niche Drinks, this whiskey brand is named after the father of the company founder. It is said that whilst working as a barman in Belfast he was known for not telling tales or spreading gossip. The company have planning permission for a distillery which is expected to bring a return of whiskey making in Derry after an absence of 150 years.
