| Making Techniques | This wine has two components that characterize it, a batch was fermented in French oak barrels in their second year of use and the rest of the must fermented in stainless steel barrels after the grapes had been macerated at a low temperature for 3 hours on average. Once the fermentation was finished, the wine was periodically submitted to the movements of its fine sediment during seven months stored in the barrel and the tank; this gave a firm structure and good volume on the palette. |
