Killahora Poire Fine Perry
Created by Killahora Orchards in Co. Cork, Fine Perry is lightly sparkling and made from Oldfield, Blakeney Red, Huffcap and other varieties of perry pear, specifically bred since the 17th century. South-facing orchards on the Atlantic coast of Ireland have proven ideal for growing the renowned pear varieties in this bottle.
Wild fermentation on nothing but juice, completed in bottle in a pet-nat style to allow you to taste the pears in their purest form. This gives a delightful, dry, natural sparkle with soft, moosey bubbles. Seek out notes of lemon peel, gooseberry and floral meadows.
