Koniks Tail Vodka
Koniks Tail Vodka is one of our latest additions to our ever-expanding Vodka range. The story of Koniks Tail Vodka starts with Pleurat Shabani, whom originally came up with the concept. Pleurat does everything, from marketing to harvesting the grain to bottling the product. He is passionate about all aspects of the process inparticular where the process begins, the grain. In fact, this particular Vodka consists of three grains, early winter wheat, spelt grain and golden rye. Pleurat believes that the secret is in the grains in this unique blend, very much a Terroir or "a sense of place," as he calls it!
Koniks Tail Vodka is named after a slightly mythical creature in Poland's, Bialowieza Forest. Pleurat first sighted these small ponies early one morning with his farmers, it is said that these spirit-like animals are destined to bring luck whenever you see them.

| Nose | A sophisticated, rare and delicate nose with different layers of distinctive rich ripe grain, giving way to notes of spelt nuttiness, white pepper, delicate spice and citrus. |
| Palate | Velvety and elegant with a creamy, light buttery character, an impressive crisp nutty balance with underlying full bodied ryness adding depth and balance, and expanding further with aniseed freshness and spice. Notes of creamy vanilla and nuances of zesty and dry fruit undercut by peppery basil. |
