The Blend is classified as a "Deluxe" Blend as it comprises over 60% single malts. Bottled at 56 years old, it aged for nearly 20 years in sherry butts before a long slow finish in ex-bourbon casks. After such a long maturation, there was only enough left for 732 bottles. It has been awarded Best Blended Scotch Whisky (26-50 years) of 2020 with 96.5 points by Jim Murray.

Aromas (without water) The nose is filled with floral notes, vanilla and the lightest hint of smoke.The longer you spend with the aromas, the more they reveal: great age, great balance and staggering depth: spice and chocolate begin to take hold.
Palate (without water) The mouthfeel of this 56 year old is creamy, rich, and full of pure pleasure.The chocolate and spice rst seen on the nose open up in the mouth to reveal exceptional balance and length.
