Triple distilled then aged in bourbon casks (75%) and sherry casks (25%), it has a deliciously fruity taste of juicy peaches and crisp red apples with a hint of aniseed, while the nose boasts of orange peel, vanilla and has a smooth grassy finish with notes of dried fruit.
