Star of Bombay
This is a super premium, small batch version of the beloved Bombay Sapphire by master distiller, Nik Fordham. This gin is packed with even more exciting exotic botanicals, which complement the original recipe perfectly. These include fresh citrus notes of dried Orange peel from Calabria in Southern Italy, along with the floral musk of ambrette seeds from the tropical yellow hibiscus flower grown in Ecuador. The pace of the signature vapour infusion process has been slowed right down to capitalise on the level of extraction from the botanicals allowing for richer aromas and more intense flavours.
