Though one of the smallest vineyards in the region, it produces one of the best and rarest wines in Languedoc, selected by Michelin-starred restaurants in France and abroad. The vineyard was planted in 1911 and has Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault. It produces high-quality, organic wines with incredible ageing potential.

Nose The nose is complex and intense. Red and black fruits with smoke and earthy undertones come to the fore in the glass.
Palate The palate is bold and expressive with red and black fruit flavours mixing elegantly with hints of smoke and tobacco. The tannins are grippy and give the wine a juicy character. The finish is long and intense.
