75 cl
Great length and depth. This is the kind of wine that will develop and evolve over the course of an evening.

Tasting Notes from Celtic Whiskey Shop and Wines on the Green | |
Nose | Complex and highly aromatic with pronounced aromas of blueberries, damsons, black cherries, cedar, spice boxes, incense, smoke and fresh black pepper. |
Palate | Dry and full bodied but with great acidity adding some welcome balance.Ripe and full tannins add some grip but again are well balanced. The palate is chunky and full of dark fruit, blueberry jam, liquorice, black pepper, damsons, chocolate and smoke flavours. The finish is dry with dusty tannins becoming more prominent. |
Colour | Deep, dark ruby red from the core to the rim |

Robert Parker 91 Points | 'A serious wine, the 2010 Reserve de Cassagne could pass for a top-flight Gigondas or perhaps even a Chateauneuf du Pape. Dense ruby/purple, with rich, broad, expensive flavours as well as loads of glycerin, bodyand intensitymake for a delicious, black-fruited wine that should drink nicely for 4-5 years.' |
