Tasting Notes from Celtic Whiskey Shop and Wines on the Green | |
Nose | The nose is fresh, delivering a really nice bouquet of jasmine and honeysuckle, with a hint of white fruits aromas. Traditional champagne aromas such as almond and Bakewell pudding will come up after a little aeration. |
Palate | The palate is complex, blending aromas of dried apricot and honey, following by beautiful notes of hazelnut and candy. The texture is very elegant with a fine mousse. |
