Nose Aromas of summer hay, fresh nettles, petrol, pineapple, honey and jasmine.
Palate Medium dry with good acidity and medium body. Ripe, lusicous fruit flavours of pineapple, red apples, mango, acacia honey, jasmine, crystalised fruit and galia melon.
Colour Pale lemon in colour.

Making Techniques The grapes are carefully selected, then they are fermented in 1000L oak Fuder and stainless steel tanks, before being blended together later to add complexity. The wine rests for a few months on its fine lees before bottling.
