Making Techniques | The grapes used for La Multa Garnacha come from old vines between 35 and 50 years old, which are planted on the slopes of Ribota River, about 700 or 800 metres of altitude. After the harvest, the grapes are de-stemmed and passed through a maceration process. La Multa Garnacha is then fermented for about a week with regular pumpings at a controlled temperature of 28 degrees, before being bottled. |
