Making Techniques Part of the wine was fermented in 12th century stone fermenting vats, and aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Cellaring/Ageing Potential Wine will continue to develop in bottle due to its high acidity, once it is kept at a cool constant temperature. Can be drunk now or within 3-4 years.
