Sugar Loaf Wines

Sugarloaf wines takes its name from the islands which lie off the spectacular coast of Taranaki Coasline, where founder Kate Acland grew up. She started Sugar Loaf Wines in 2004, when she moved to Marlborough's world class wine-growing region. Using a combination of modern and time honoured traditional winemaking techniques, the company aims to produce wine that trulyrepresents the unique characteristics of the vineyardfrom which they are sourced. Winemaker Dave Clouston has extensive experiencefrom working in Europe, Australia, South Africa and South America.
