Hoffmann-Jayer Bourgogne Blanc Hautes-Cotes De Beaune
A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes are used in the production of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. These are grown on the "Les Vallerots" plot in the commune of Magny-lès-Villers. Picked by hand at peak maturity, the grapes are carefully sorted and gently pressed. After settling, the must is racked off its lees and into barrels for the fermentation. An average of approximately 4000 bottles are produced per annum.
