Jean-Luc Baldes Cahors Probus 2012
75cl
Named after a 3rd century roman emperor, Probus allowed winegrowers to plant vineyards once more in the area of Quercy. Named as a tribute, Jean Baldès created the first 100% Malbec in 1976. A very fine expression of Cahors wine and a reference for the Malbec grape. Rich, dense yet elegant, Probus is a landmark in the region.
