Making Techniques | Fermentation at a controlled temperature for 7-10 days; brief maceration period after fermentation. Malolactic fermentation at the end of the alcoholic fermentation when wine is in stainless steel tanks. Ageing for 6-8 months in Slovenian oak barrels, followed by bottle ageing for a further 5-6 months before release. |
