Grape Variety Field blend of Alvarelhão, Rufete, Tinta Carvalha, Tinta da Barca, Tinta Francisca, Alicante Bouschet
Maturation Grapes harvested and sorted manually. Short fermentation (3 to 4 days) at checked temperature with skins on. Ageing for 12 months in used French oak barrels, followed by a 2-year ageing in the bottle.
