The Chardonnay grapevines are grown on the hilltops of their 8 hectares which surround the village of Chichée. The wine is planted on limestone with southern exposures. The winemaking process is proudly traditional and simple to keep the high quality and rich taste as well as the typical and long finish which is a distinct characteristic of Chablis ire cru terroir.

Taste Creaminess and generosity on the nose of this wine almost carry a notion of banana, followed by buttery, mellow richness. A dry finish with hints of lemon.
