Domaine Oudin 1er Cru Vaucoupins Chablis
The winery Domaine Oudin is a family-run business which was founded thirty-five years ago by Christiane and Jean Claude and is now run by their daughter Nathalie. The Chardonnay grapevines are grown on the hilltops of their 8 hectares which surround the village of Chichée. The wine is planted on limestone with southern exposures. The winemaking process is proudly traditional and simple to keep the high quality and rich taste as well as the typical and long finish which is a distinct characteristic of Chablis ire cru terroir.
