Nose | Aromas of fresh cut limes, grapefruit, green apples, freshly cut grass and honeysuckle |
Palate | Dry and medium bodied with fresh acidity. Lots of ripe tropical fruit flavours of pineapple, mango, guava and melon with some honey and white flowers. Complex and shows great length. |

Making Techniques | The grapes are carefully picked and selected, they are fermented in 1000l oak Fuder and stainless steel tanks, both are blended later to add complexity. The wine rests for a few months on its fine lees before bottling. |
