Roccapesta Riserva Morellino di Scansano
75 cl
This has the same composition as the regular Roccapesta (96% Sangiovese & 4% Ciliegiolo), but is aged for an additional 6 months in French oak, and 6 months in the bottle. This brings the total ageing time to 3 years, and adds an extra supple richness to the Riserva.

Restaurant Magazine 4 Stars | ‘It is a supple, medium rich, complex Riserva showing some signs of bottle bouquet. It is full bodied, very smoothly textured, well balanced, and long and lightly tannic on the finish, tasting of plum, black liquorice, toast, tobacco, and leather. Fine quality.’ |
