Michter's 20 Year Old Bourbon
Aged in fire-charred, new American white oak barrels for two decades. This extra time ageing is what Master Distiller Dan McKee calls 'The Fork in the Road' point where certain whiskey barrels can reach extraordinary levels of quality. The extra ageing process certainly shows in this release, giving the whiskey intense notes of black cherry, rich molasses, honeysuckle, roast pecans, and toasted charred oak.
