Castell d'Encus

Castell d’Encus is a boutique winery located in the Catalan Pyrenees with some interesting aspects regarding their wine making technique. Fermentation takes place in 12th century rock vats located at the property. These producers are dedicated to sustainable farming methods. The winery has been designed to take full advantage of the enviornment, with ideal sun exposure and surrounding forestry.
