Expressing the character of their old vineyards and the exceptional standards of the native soil of Mendoza, Argentina. Only the best lots are chosen from their especially mature vineyards, every artisan winemaking step is rigorously performed, from careful bunch sorting to fermentation in small tanks to ageing in the finest French oak.
