Based on a cocktail invented at Cassi Cassona, Florence, 1919. This classic cocktail is given an Irish twist with the addition of raspberry wine from Co. Wicklow and premium Irish gin. Paired with vermouth, peach and rose bitters this makes for the perfect pre-dinner aperitivo. Made to be sipped over ice and garnished with a fresh raspberry. Top with bubbles if desired!
