Single Grain Scotch

Now pretty hard to find. Single grain Scotch is the milder cousin to single malt. It is made in a continuous still and usually brewed from maize rather than malted barley. These whiskies has a silky, soft and sweet flavour. They tend to be very easy to drink and mix well in cocktails.
