A 12 year old Single Malt from Samuel Gelston's matured in ex-Bourbon casks. A little floral on the nose with hints of malt, savoury spice, and nutty chocolate. Woody spice on the palate, with cassia and nuts with a little burnt caramel. A lingering sweeter finish of marshmallow and honey.
