An extremely rare bottling of Irish Single Malt matured for a minimum of 28 years solely in ex-bourbon Casks. Bottled at Cask strength (49.1% abv) and not chillfiltered in order to maintain its unique character.  Beautifully complex whiskey to be savoured.
