Delicate and soft on the nose, light citrusy notes coming through with a subtle biscuit note. Lemon puff or custard cream biscuits.

Flavour
On the palate, that grain sweetness is very pronounced, the custard, vanilla and butterscotch from the bourbon come through, giving way to a lingering fruity note. Orchard fruits such as apple and pear come through in a very delicate but lingering fashion which gives way to a wonderfully sweet and lingering spicy note like sweet cinnamon
