C'est Nous Basil Cucumber Apple Gin

C'est Nous Basil Cucumber Apple Gin is a light and refreshing gin made from neutral alcohol made from French wheat. After a prolonged maceration of juniper berries, cucumber, basil, apple and a few other botanicals, the alcohol is slowly distilled in small batches (i.e. 300 bottles) in a traditional copper pot still to create an aromatic and fragrant gin. Excellent served with a premium tonic, in cocktails such as the Basil Smash or simply neat over a few ice cubes.
