A very special limited edition release from Tipperary Boutique! Batch 3 of their 2017 Single Malt was made from barley grown in Tipperary and aged in a cask sourced from Bodegas Faustino that was previously used to age Rioja wine. Sweet and fruity, lots of red fruits from the Rioja influence, balanced with tasted oak and tannic spiciness. Filled into a first fill ex-Rioja cask in June 2017 and bottled in June 2022 at a cask strength of 51.5% ABV. Limited to just 298 bottles.
