Limited to 280 bottles released. Tomásín (pronounced: thumb-aus-een) is named after the home of the distillery's headquarters in Choill Mhic Thomáisín (Kilmacthomas), Co. Waterford. On the palate, this whiskey offers notes of cardamom dusted pears, juicy ripe elderberries, coconut flakes, vanilla, and creme fraiche. Finishes with flavours of roasted walnuts, candied pecans, and sweet williams pears.
