Crafted from field-to-glass at The Echlinville Distillery in County Down, Echlinville Gin is made with a unique neutral base spirit distilled from barley grown, harvested and floor-malted on the distillery’s own farmland on the Ards Peninsula. 
 
Infused with carefully selected botanicals including gorse flower petals from the whin bushes around the distillery sweet kelp seaweed from Strangford Lough, Echlinville Gin is complex and perfectly balanced, boasting fresh floral and zesty citrus notes with lavender, anise, juniper and coriander flavours. 
 
Sweet and smooth, with a malt character and rich creamy mouthfeel seldom found in modern gins, Echlinville Gin it is as comfortable sipped neat as it is in the company of elderflower tonic, lemon and mint, its recommended serve.
