| Aromas (without water) | On the nose sweet oak and honey are apparent. Hints of coconut and candy appear with a dash of water whilst Butterscotch and liquorice are also evident |
| Flavour | The initial rush of rich vanilla sweetness gives ways to a touch of cinnamon which adds a spicy edge to the soft and sweet texture. The classic Arran citrus citrus notes have rounded with age and reveal new depths of character against a background of sweet oak |
