This first release 'Remnant Renegade' was made using a true kaleidoscope of casks - The majority are ex-Sherry Hogsheads, ex-Sherry Butts and ex-Bourbon Barrels. Incredible notes of toffee apples, citrus, star anise, digestive biscuits, and nutty malt.
