Made from double distilled single malt from Cooley distillery that was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before finishing in an ex-Anima Negra Mallorcan wine cask in March 2018. Anima Negra produce some of Spain’s finest wines.
"The nose features plum jam, vanilla, and spice notes of mace, nutmeg, and cola. The whiskey is medium-bodied, fruity, and spicy on the palate, with creamy vanilla, well-seasoned oak, prunes, popcorn, and assorted wood spices.
