The Celtic Cask range has been described as "Ireland's best small batch Irish Whiskeys" Forbes, 2024. This single grain whiskey release shows the potential in this whiskey style. Distilled at Cooley distillery and was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before finishing in an ex-Amarone wine cask in March 2018. The Amarone cask was sourced from the stunning Le Guaite de Noemie boutique winery. Juicy, spicy & vibrant on the palate with notes of creamy vanilla with oaky spice, prunes, and popcorn.
