| Aromas (without water) | The nose is fragrant with hints of heather, raisins and mixed spices with and overhanging scent of peat smoke |
| Flavour | Rich with over ripe fruit and berries that work along side flavours of dark chocolate and toffee to create a balanced malt. The finish is soft and sweet to start with but quickly develops into a peaty smoke that dances with the sweet flavours of the malt. |
