Made from a blend of the finest ciders from 2019 and 2020 which have been aged in neutral Irish whisky barrels and allowed to mature. This pure, dry cider is made from 100% bittersweet apple juice, wild fermented, unfiltered and allowed to condition naturally in the bottle. Bound to please fans of beer styles such as lambic beer especially Oude gueze, and natural wines.
