Dublin Liberties King of Hell No. 4 27 Year Old Single Malt
Here we have the extremely rare and exclusive Dublin Liberties King of Hell 27 Year Old Single Malt batch no.2. After spending the majority of its time in American bourbon casks, it boasts huge oak influences which are then balanced with notes of gooseberry jam. It is then finished in Bordeaux Premier Cru French Wine Casks which lends a spiciness to the finish. A drop of water helps immensely in bringing out the rich and textured flavours.
