The Bridge Killinure Single Grain Release
A rather exciting in Lough Ree Distillery's The Bridge Series to introduce to you. This 12 year old Single Grain was distilled at Cooley where it initially underwent a maturation in an ex-bourbon cask and then finished for 2 years and 10 months in a Grand Cru Bordeaux Red Wine cask. The result is whiskey popping with summer fruits (blackberries, blueberries), a hint of grapefruit, and some alluring dark chocolate notes as well.
