Tomatin 12 Year-Old
The Tomatin 12 Year Old is an award winning single malt from the Scottish Highlands. This particular bottling spends most of its years in traditional Bourbon barrels before being transferred to sherry casks for around 6-9 months. The sherry ageing is evident, but quite subtle, so do not expect huge flavours of spice or dried fruits. This is more about smoothness and elegance with flavours of honey, apples and pears. Another great, everyday malt.
