Tobala is an elusive agave that grows only in shaded, high altitude canyons and offers a much more developed flavour than younger agaves. Expect an earthy expression in this one with hints of tobacco, cocoa, vanilla and leather, offering a unique balance between wood aromas and umami flavors.
