Kilchoman 12th Edition 100% Islay
The 12th edition of Kilchoman 100% Islay is here at last! Made from 100% Scottish barley from the Islay region (2011, 2012 and 2013 barley harvests). This whisky is then matured for at least 8 years in a whopping 29 ex-bourbon barrels and 6 oloroso ex-sherry butts. As you can imagine, all this maturation gives the whisky simply fantastic buttery, vanilla, and spice flavours, paired with some notable cinnamon and nuts. Truly delectable stuff!
