Master distiller at Glenallachie, Billy Walker has handpicked wine casks to complement the sweet character of Glenallachie’s single malt. This scotch is aged in premier cru wine casks from Bordeaux which imparts rich aromas of espresso, marasca cherry and heather on the nose, followed by notes of ginger, truffle and hints of minerality on the palate. Bottled at 48%.
