In collaboration with Birdlife International, Redbreast have created the Limited Edition Project Wingman Bird Feeder Bottle. This stunning single pot still has aged for 12 years and has a smooth yet complex flavour of sherry and fruit and a lingering finish. Due to its aromas of fruitcake or Christmas cake from the sherry influence in this whiskey is immense it has gained the reputation of being a Christmas whiskey, but in our opinion, this is one to be enjoyed any time of the year. €15 from each sale will go to Birdlife International to keep common birds common. Limited to 2000 bottles released.
