This bottling was developed in collaboration with BirdLife International to promote the charity and reverse the trends in global bird population, This stunning single pot still has aged for 12 years and has a smooth yet complex flavour of sherry and fruit and a lingering finish. Considered a Christmas whiskey by some due to its aromas of fruitcake or Christmas cake from the sherry influence, but in our opinion, this is one to be enjoyed any time of the year.
