A stellar collab release between Powerscourt Distillery and O Brother Brewing! In early 2022 O Brother Brewing requested Fercullen single malt barrels to be filled with ‘Opus One’ imperial stout 12.5%. to get a whiskey influence. This release is from the remaining barrels which were finished for a total of 17 months. Boasts rich chocolate ganache, fruit loaf, buttery popcorn with some dry spice and roasted malt. Limited to just 800 bottles released.
