This blend is made from their quality Single Pot Still and Single Malt Shortcross Irish whiskey, matured in ex-bourbon and virgin American oak for a minimum of 5 years before being artfully blended by Head Distiller David Boyd-Armstrong. Offers sweet malt notes combined with pot still spice. Non-chill filtered for optimal flavour and aroma.
