It is smooth with an exceptionally long aftertaste and finish. This is achieved through the use of fresh apples, elderberries and wild clover distilled with other botanicals including juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel and cassia.

Tasting Notes from the Producer
Aromas (without water)
Juniper is clear followed by an earthy character intertwined with Orange peel. Light peppery citric notes and a mellow minty scent. There are some darker notes, mainly elder berries and leather. Light perfumy and elegant but the Coriander is not taking over.
Flavour
Balanced with vanilla notes. Lightly peppery and oily. The junipers are evident but not overtaking. There are late notes of orange and elder on the palate. Long, peppery with oily notes of elder berries with Orange in the late partition on the finish.
